Happy New Year!

I know that we are almost at the end of January now but I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year even if it seems so far away!

OFSTED

Hopefully you’ve all had a chance to read our Ofsted report and are as proud of our achievement as I am. The report reflects the school really well and the progress we have made. Your children work so hard and this was recognised by the inspectors which was great.

Thank you for your continued support, we really are a good school because of the commitment of everyone.

Breakfast Club

Following on from ‘Farmhouse Breakfast Week’, we shall be trialling a Breakfast Club next week (30.1.12 to 3.2.12).

Toast, cereal and juice will be available, free of charge, from 8.30-8.40 am in the hall and we would love lots of our pupils to give it a try - although they have been warned not to moan if you say no!

We all know how important breakfast is and thought this would be a good opportunity to trial the idea. Please note, children must not arrive later than 8.40 am to take part.

UNICEF Day For Change

Friday, 3rd February
Hopefully you have all seen a copy of the recent letter regarding this event. Any spare change will be donated to help UNICEF in exchange for changing how you look for the day.

World Book Day

Don’t forget ‘World Book Day’ is on Thursday, 1st March and we will all be dressing up as characters from our favourite book.
